What a Weld County Court Docket Shows

A docket is a list of scheduled hearings and events in a case. It is not the case file. A Weld County docket entry shows the date and time of the hearing, the duration the court has set aside, the party or entity scheduled to appear, the case number, the hearing type, the location, the appearance type, and the courtroom or division. That is the core of the public record. The Colorado Judicial Branch builds this calendar from court scheduling data inside the 19th Judicial District.

Some fields do not appear in a docket result. Attorneys may not be shown in the result row. Documents are not linked. Financial balances and bond amounts are not shown. Juvenile cases may appear with generic names, like DOE, JOHN, or with the words County Department of Social Services, when full party detail is protected.
